The Phoenix: National Sober Activity Community
Midvalley Family Practice has joined forces with The Phoenix: National Sober Activity Community and our neighbor – Tac Fitness and Wellness Center. Our Addiction Counselor - Joey Carlson MS, ADDC, will be the host for MVFP participants. Check out the link below to see what The Phoenix is all about, as well as to register for the class. The only cost of membership for The Phoenix is 48 hours of sobriety. The gym will also remain open to all current members of Tac Fitness and Wellness Center.
